I had a mixed experience at Essence Apartments Chermside. While I appreciated the modern layout and cleanliness of my one-bedroom apartment, the promised amenities like breakfast weren't fully realized. Furthermore, the soundproofing wasn't great, which detracted from the overall comfort of my stay.
